How long will my order take to ship?
Brown Activewear ships within 2 business days. LLS tote bags and makeup pouches are pre-order only and ship in 7 to 14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship across the UAE, but international shipping is in the works.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
If I order a tote and activewear together, will they ship at the same time?
No. We ship activewear right away and send pre-order items separately once they’re ready.
LLS Pre-Orders
What does pre-order mean?
It means your tote or pouch is not in stock yet—it’s reserved just for you and will be shipped once produced.
When will my pre-order ship?
Within 7 to 14 business days.
Can I cancel or edit my pre-order?
All pre-orders are final. No cancellations or changes are allowed after placing the order.
Why pre-order?
Pre-orders reduce waste and help us produce responsibly. It also means you’re getting something made intentionally, just for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. This applies to both LLS and Brown Activewear.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at [insert email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes are available?
All activewear is available in XS, S, M, L, and XL. Totes and pouches are one-size.
How do I know my size?
Refer to the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Product Care
How do I wash my activewear?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not use fabric softeners. Hang or lay flat to dry.
How do I care for my tote or pouch?
Spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or soaking to preserve structure and print.

We’re a UAE-based apparel company bringing you two collections: Brown Activewear for everyday movement, and LLS for romantic, practical bags and pouches.
Do you work with creators?
Yes! If you're a UAE-based content creator, reach out via DM or email to collaborate.
Will you restock sold out items?
Some drops are limited. If you see something you love, don’t wait—it may not come back.
